As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I am here to provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.

We will work together through the contradictory world of nutrition and health advice to explore what truly works for you and your individual needs.


WHAT YOU GET:

  • Two 50-minute sessions per month during our six-month program

  • A support system & friend to help keep you accountable for your personal goals

  • Nourishment for all areas of your life, including relationships, nutrition and self care

  • Resources to help you through your journey - recipes, worksheets & handouts

  • Email support between sessions & check up emails for one month after our sessions
